Lebanon County Children Youth Services seeks a Casework Supervisor to provide direct supervision to caseworkers and oversee child welfare responsibilities. The role ensures compliance with State and Federal rules, coordinates case management and family support services, and supervises investigation and placement reviews. This is a full-time position based in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key qualifications- Two years of professional experience in public or private social work
- Bachelor's degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences
- Valid driver's license not under suspension
- Pennsylvania residency requirement
- Satisfactory criminal history clearance including PA State Police, Child Abuse history, and FBI Fingerprint clearance
