Lyra Health seeks a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to deliver essential psychiatric care in a dynamic, patient-centered network. You will conduct 30-minute intake appointments, perform evaluations, and manage medications for children, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds.
You’ll work with in-person and virtual formats, collaborate with clinicians and care navigators, and support evidence-based treatment while maintaining a focus on access, outcomes, and safety.
