Senior .NET Full Stack

The Senior .NET Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting platform applications built on modern .NET technologies.

This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including .NET developers, SQL developers, QA, and product management—to deliver critical product requirements.

The developer contributes to architectural discussions, technical design, code reviews, and ensures quality delivery across the full SDLC.

• Participate in defining, documenting, and developing software applications while contributing to architectural and technical design discussions.
• Develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and troubleshoot applications across diverse platforms and technologies.
• Create professional-quality technical documentation, design specifications, and project artifacts.
• Evaluate software change requests, analyze business needs or root causes, and implement efficient technical solutions.
• Assess the impact of software changes on other systems and conduct integration testing to reduce risk.
• Recommend and implement software improvements, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Establish and promote best practices for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting database-driven applications.
• Optimize existing applications and improve overall performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
• Design and develop components based on enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices.

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience across the full SDLC including design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Strong expertise with:
• .NET Core architecture
• C#, ASP.NET Core 8, SQL Server
• Experience with REST services architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts (state management, stateless development).
• Experience with SQL Server (2016–2022) and SSIS packages.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, LINQ, and lambda expressions.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing existing applications.
• Strong experience designing and developing relational database components.
• Experience creating database schemas that support business processes.
• Familiarity with design and architectural patterns and concurrency patterns.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Full-stack development experience on Microsoft technologies is required.

• Background in caching techniques and performance optimization.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise architecture environments.
• Familiarity with additional design patterns or advanced architectural frameworks.
