Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Most engineering jobs ask you to maintain someone else's code. This role asks you to build the product. The founders have invested $3M+ in data infrastructure. They have 12 million behavioural data points. They have a culinary team with Michelin-level talent. They have working AI prototypes that demonstrate the product vision. They have a customer base paying premium prices for health outcomes.

What they do not have is the engineer who connects all of it into a platform that scales.

You will work directly with the co-founders. Not through layers of management. You will sit in the meetings where business strategy is set. You will understand why menu decisions affect margins, why yield math affects food waste, and why customer onboarding affects lifetime value. And you will build the engineering that makes all of it work. The long-term vision:
Our brand becomes a health technology company. Biomarker-driven personalised nutrition. AI-driven menu optimisation. Condition-specific meal programs with outcome tracking. You are the engineer who makes that vision real.

• Build and launch the Parallel AI System by product ionizing the prototypes.
• Eliminate operational inefficiencies through intelligent automation.
• Build the foundation for biomarker-driven personalization.

• 2 to 8 years of experience in full-stack engineering.
• Proficiency in LLM, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node, React, JavaScript, Postgre
  
  SQL, and AI technologies.
• Proven ability to product ionize AI prototypes and connect them to real systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in improving operational efficiencies.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, while collaborating closely with the COO/Founder and Operations team.
