Title: Non‑CDL Driver (Full Time & Part Time)

Location: 1155 Benner Pike Suite 120, State College, PA 16801

• Pay: $18.50 per hour (including pay increase)
• Training classes start every couple of weeks

• Provide safe and reliable transportation
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading, including mobility devices
• Ensure on‑time pick‑up and drop‑off of customers
• Show sensitivity to needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities
• Complete thorough vehicle pre‑trip, post‑trip, and DVI inspections
• Submit required paperwork
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as needed

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Minimum age 21 years
• Minimum 5 years driving history
• Valid Pennsylvania Class C driver’s license or ability to obtain one
• No DWI/DUI charges
• No more than two moving traffic violations in the prior three‑year period
• No serious traffic violation for reckless driving
• Pass criminal background check, DOT physical, and pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening
• Valid U.S. work authorization
• Must provide a resume with at least 10 years of work history

• Ability to use a tablet, GPS, two‑way radio, or other electronic device
• Maintain confidentiality
• Communicate with others and comprehend instructions
• Understand highway traffic signs, signals, maps, manifests, and schedules
• Knowledge of FTA, ADA, and DOT regulations
• Familiarity with main roadways and major highways in the service area
