• $0.55 - $0.60 per mile
• Live stop pay: $42 per stop
• Drop/hook pay: $62
• Detention: $20 - $28 per hour (after one hour)
• Hazmat load: $40
• Driver load/unload: $45
• Driver assist: $25
• Yard checks: $20 per hour
• Refused delivery: $42
• Truck order not used: $35
• Crosstown, empty move or empty search: $25
• Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $20 per hour
• Safety training or roundtable meetings: $20 - $40 per hour
• Overweight rework: $20 per hour
• Reefer load: $40
• Empty move per load: $25
• Empty search per hour: $20
• Trainee pay: $200 per day

Factors that may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked per week. The position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance.
