We’re looking for Seasonal CDL Class B Truck Drivers who want to grow with us and make an impact. While this role is seasonal, there is opportunity for year‑round employment for top performers.

- Drive delivery trucks safely to assigned destinations, following all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform pre‑trip inspections and ensure the truck is maintained, clean, and ready for delivery.
- Help unload at customer sites, accurately document shortages, damages, or discrepancies, and communicate them to management.
- Refuel vehicles at leasing sites or using company fuel cards.
- Maintain equipment such as piggyback forklifts (“spyder”), ensuring proper function and safety.
- Handle COD deliveries, communicate with customers professionally, and resolve delivery issues.
- Complete required paperwork: DVIRs, logbooks, and trip reports according to DOT regulations.
- Support the team as needed, including assisting with loading, tarping/untarping, and yard organization.
- Maintain professionalism and represent Northern Nurseries positively at all times.
- Valid CDL Class B license with current medical card.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and climb.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, logbooks, and Hours of Service rules.
- Ability to operate and maintain a piggyback forklift.
- Must pass drug and alcohol testing as required by FMCSA.
- Professional, courteous, and safety-minded at all times.
- Experienced CDL drivers who take pride in their work and enjoy interacting with team members and customers.
