Part‑Time School Bus Driver – Iroquois, PA

As a First Student part‑time school bus driver you will transport students from early morning before‑school pickup to after‑school drop‑off, ensuring their safety and comfort. No prior bus driving experience is required; we provide paid CDL training.

• Operate the school bus safely in line with DOT regulations.
• Conduct before‑school pickups and after‑school drop‑offs on a split shift schedule.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for students.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report any issues.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• No college degree or high school diploma required.
• Preferable experience: military service, returning to workforce, or retirees.
• Ability to work split shift; no required night or weekend work unless desired.
• Acceptance of DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee.

• Starting hourly rate $22.50
• $7,500 sign‑on bonus (conditions apply; bonus offer expires 12/31/26)
