Drive a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, shuttle, and overnight routes to deliver and unload food and related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with DOT regulations;
Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and vehicle inspections per DOT regulations and report safety issues or repairs;
Unload products at customer locations and obtain customer signatures on delivery invoices;
Complete required freight paperwork accurately and legibly; verify deliveries and manage freight documentation;
Ensure security of tractor, trailer, and freight; load returns and damaged goods as required; maintain daily hours-of-service logs
