Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's PennDOT is seeking a CDL Operator Trainee to learn heavy equipment operation and roadway maintenance. This hands-on program prepares you for long-term success outdoors while supporting statewide transportation efforts.
You will train on trucks and loaders, use shovels and tampers, follow safety rules, and stay alert in work zones. This full-time role has a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule, no telework, and emphasizes environmental care and teamwork.
