Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Greencastle, Pennsylvania — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.
Pay and Benefits- Hourly Pay $19.50 per hour and $1.00 shift differential.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months of related warehouse experience required.
- One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
- Operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks; maintain equipment (battery change, mechanical issue recognition) — intermediate level required.
- Operate manual or automated warehouse equipment such as packaging lines — intermediate level preferred.
- Powered industrial truck certification.
- Read, do basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, policies.
- Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Input data into WMS computer system.
- Work overtime as assigned.
- Create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of organization.
- Work independently and within a team.
- Flexible, self-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Multi-task, highly organized, excellent time management.
- Detail oriented with follow-up practices.
- Perform additional screening as required (employment verification, motor vehicle records, road test, background checks).
- Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials.
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is completed correctly; train dock employees on new procedures; secure facility at end of shift; investigate and resolve scanning issues and housekeeping; perform picking and packing duties; check for product or container damage.
- Perform assigned tasks per location policies and procedures, including handling of materials within associated logical transactions.
- Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required.
- Participate in workgroup and other team activities for self-improvement and improving warehouse operations and related business functions.
- Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
