Electrical Supervisor
Meridian, a well‑established MEP contractor near Scunthorpe, is looking to hire an Electrical Supervisor to head the electrical installations on site.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting growth period, where progression and further opportunities may be available for the right person.
Benefits- Starting salary within £50k - £55k p.a (DOE)
- Additional overtime may be available dependent on the project (if desired)

- 40‑hour basic working week (Mon‑Fri)

- Gold JIB Installation / Approved Electrician card
- SSSTS / SMSTS essential
- 2391 Testing not essential but a bonus
- IPAF / PASMA not essential but a bonus
- Experience supervising teams of commercial electricians, electrical testers, and electrical apprentices on various sized projects
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with renewables, solar, and commercial installations essential
- Work harmoniously and productively alongside other trades on site
- Excellent verbal and written communication with management and customers
- Good time‑keeping with excellent organisational skills
- Oversee electrical installations on site in commercial and light industrial settings
- Serve as a focal point between onsite engineers and project management teams
- Problem‑solve when required, ensuring projects stay on course without compromising HSE compliance or industry standards
- Work closely with teams of electricians, apprentices, and other subcontractors on site
- Help co‑ordinate onsite inductions and RAMS
- Provide regular updates to project teams with progress reports and material requirements
- Represent the company politely and friendly when dealing with customers and supply chains
