Bank of America is seeking a client‑engagement associate to welcome customers in the lobby, guide them through self‑service banking options, and process cash transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience throughout the lobby and self‑service interactions.
- Manage cash responsibilities and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Enthusiastic, self‑starter with a strong work ethic and results focus, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Effective communicator, comfortable engaging all clients across a variety of channels.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms, including self‑service banking tools.
- Proficiency in educating clients on simple banking transactions (ATM, online, mobile).
- Efficient time and capacity management, with a focus on results while maintaining compliance.
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours, and flexible to be scheduled at any financial center location in the United States.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions.
- Minimum one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- At least six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, business administration, or finance).
- Minimum education:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. - Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
- Hours per week: 40.
