General Laborer

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Receive incoming vehicles from transport drivers and perform thorough inspections of each unit, checking for damage, identifying missing parts, and confirming that the vehicles condition matches the accompanying paperwork.;
Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs) and ensure all ownership and transfer documents are accurate, complete, and properly associated with each vehicle.;
Handle all required documentation and data entry by logging vehicle details into internal systems, including entering key information, updating records, and ensuring data integrity.;
Capture clear and accurate photos for auction listings, documenting vehicle condition and notable features, and attach these images to the corresponding records.;
Record detailed condition reports and note any discrepancies between the physical vehicle and its paperwork, escalating issues as needed.
