Payroll Coordinator

Bearing Construction, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support our Finance team in a busy heavy civil construction environment. The role manages weekly/multi-state payroll for field and office staff, including union and prevailing wage projects, timecard review, deductions, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position reconciles payroll reports, supports audits, maintains employee records, and partners closely with HR and project teams.
