Project Executive - Commercial Construction
Location:Sussex County, DE
A well-established commercial GC with more than 100 years in business is seeking an experienced Project Executive to support significant growth throughout Delaware.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall project performance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners
- Partner with preconstruction and operations from early planning through closeout
- Support business development and repeat-client relationships
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Healthcare and/or senior living experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading large, complex projects and multiple project teams
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills
- $150M+ in planned work for 2027 and $80M+ for 2028
- Established GC with 100+ years in business
- High-visibility leadership opportunity in a growing Delaware market
