Process Engineer
Job DescriptionThe Process Engineer will support production processes and maintain documentation to ensure that parts meet the quality expectations of customers.
Responsibilities- Assist with scheduling and preparing products for assembly.
- Lead process improvement projects and troubleshoot product issues.
- Document engineering processes, including BOMs, ECRs, and ECNs.
- Enhance products through design improvements and fixturing using 2D AutoCAD or similar software.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
- Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD or similar design software
- Experience in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of engineering documentation such as BOMs, ECRs, and ECNs
- Excellent communication skills
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in product design improvements
- Process management skills
- Understanding of scientific methods and changing variables
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seaford, DE.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
