Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will support production processes and maintain documentation to ensure that parts meet the quality expectations of customers.

• Assist with scheduling and preparing products for assembly.
• Lead process improvement projects and troubleshoot product issues.
• Document engineering processes, including BOMs, ECRs, and ECNs.
• Enhance products through design improvements and fixturing using 2D AutoCAD or similar software.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD or similar design software
• Experience in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge of engineering documentation such as BOMs, ECRs, and ECNs
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in product design improvements
• Process management skills
• Understanding of scientific methods and changing variables

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seaford, DE.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
