Job Summary

Step into a Project Manager role with ILC Dover, an Ingersoll Rand brand, where NASA‐born innovation meets critical life science impact. In this role, you will hold end‑to‑end project management responsibilities supporting the Frederica‐based team in delivering pharmaceutical equipment projects to external customers. This is a customer‑facing project management role focused on coordinating schedules, vendors, supply chain, sales, customers, and manufacturing partners from purchase order through customer commissioning.

You will be responsible for building and managing project schedules, tracking deliverables, helping ensure milestones stay on time, and serving as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, the ability to manage multiple projects at once, comfort working cross‑functionally without direct authority, and the technical aptitude to understand engineering drawings and equipment‑related project requirements. A mechanical engineering background or history would make someone stand out, especially when paired with strong project management experience and the ability to translate technical details into clear project execution.

This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, short‑cycle projects, and the opportunity to support equipment used in pharmaceutical and life science manufacturing.
