BAC is seeking a Plant Controller for its Milford, DE facility. The role partners with the plant manager to drive EBITDA through cost optimization, forecasting, reporting, and capital spending. The position also supports Americas-wide projects and reports to the BAC Finance Director.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in manufacturing finance, and strong cost accounting and ERP/SAP experience. Occasional travel to other BAC locations is expected.
