Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse and provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.;
Provide household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making; meal preparation and feeding; range of motion/exercises.;
Assist with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices.;
Perform vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration; travel to clients' homes as assigned.
