Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide specialized communication therapy services. The candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ communication and swallowing skills to determine their needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition.
• Implement therapy strategies to improve speech, language, and cognitive functions.
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and exercises.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass requisite background checks and compliance screenings.
