Circulating Nurse

Overview

The OR RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans using ANA Standards and the Nursing Process. This role includes acting as a patient advocate and providing direct care, education, and emotional support to patients and families.

• Demonstrating technical competence in nursing procedures and equipment
• Managing medication inventory and delivery as needed

Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Salary Range: $33.00 – $52.80 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $20,000

Relocation Reimbursement:
Up to $2,500

• Must be licensed and registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of permanent residency
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Must complete AORN’s Periop 101 class upon hire

• Associate’s degree in Sonography, Radiology, or a related field within 3 months of hire, OR
• Completion of a 12-month ultrasound program within 3 months of hire

• Registered by ARDMS or CCI, OR registry eligible and must become registered within one year of hire
• Must maintain registry status and fulfill annual continuing education requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute hospital setting
• Must meet specific competencies required by the hiring entity

• Assigned to day, evening, or night shifts per departmental policy
• Scheduled off at least three holidays per year
• Required to work weekends based on unit needs
• Occasional overtime expected

Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
