ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Help maintain existing client and partner relationships and assist our agent internal teams in designing unique solutions for potential customers.

Assist in the management and coordination of shipments.

Communicate effectively with customers, partner vendors and team members as needed in a professional and prompt manner.

Help ensure projects meet internal and external expectations regarding quality, budget timelines and strategy.

Review and verify carrier invoice charges to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with the Advanced Services team to suggest and develop ideas for enhancement within the division.

Continually seek and establish new carrier partnerships to significantly expand our provider database and diversify our mode offerings.

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue and profit objectives as set by the team manager.

Participate in special projects and handle all other assigned duties as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.

Verbal and written communication skills to include grammatically correct business correspondence.

High School Diploma is required, bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to execute projects on time.

Strong analytical and technical skills for problem solving and decision‑making.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with skills in creating formulas, formatting charts, pivot tables, and macros.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This job operates in a physical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands, arms, and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 10 pounds.
