Assistant managers at Domino’s are responsible for supervising operations, ensuring adherence to policies, and delivering exceptional customer service. They manage staffing, cost controls, inventory, cash, marketing initiatives, and store cleanliness.

• Supervise staff and maintain shop performance
• Control costs, inventory, and cash handling
• Follow all company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Access to insured vehicle for delivery
• Strong math skills and ability to multitask

• Ability to navigate a delivery area and handle adverse terrain

Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, and repetitive hand use. The work environment involves temperature variations, exposure to fumes and cornmeal dust, and occasional exposure to hot surfaces and mechanical parts.

Forward bending, squatting, reaching, and driving are required during various tasks such as pizza assembly, stocking, and delivery. Employees must be able to work independently and in a team, operate under stress, and analyze data to support quality control and decision making.
