Overview

We are currently hiring for multiple RN positions at Lofland Park Center! Multiple openings provide nursing care to patients ranging from infancy to elderly. Care is individualized based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, and safety considerations.

Within the scope of an RN license the position will supervise 3–4 Certified Nursing Assistants.

$42.00/hour – $45.00/hour. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.

40 hours/week

Change the lives of patients/residents and enjoy the rewards of fully knowing them and their families as a Registered Nurse (RN). Provide care for a variety of patients/residents with complex diagnoses, enabling continuous learning and skill enhancement.

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short‑ and long‑term patient goals, implementing interventions as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and monitor outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Position requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing and one of the following: a Valid Delaware RN license; a CGFNS Certificate; or an NCLEX Examination.
