Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN

Shift

11pm-7am

• Supports the Director of Nursing with delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family and employee satisfaction.
• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of assigned nursing units on shift, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, practice standards and regulations.
• Facilitate implementation of care delivery model and processes, mentor staff, coordinate and communicate with other departments.
• Maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 care with emphasis on limiting overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Eligible full‑time RNs may receive a retention bonus of $15,000; part‑time RNs may receive $7,500.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current registered nurse licensure by state board of nursing.

Posted Salary Range: $45.00 - $51.00 per hour.
