Nurse Practitioner; NP

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is hiring a mid‑level Nurse Practitioner (NP). This is a full‑time role located in Seaford and is part of our Nursing hiring program.

In this role you will provide services across the continuum of care—including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. You will build and manage an outpatient Primary Care Practice on campus, while also delivering care for our assisted‑living and skilled‑nursing residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and directing all functions of the resident care clinical area.
• Managing team members and day‑to‑day operations of the practice.
• Managing resident healthcare needs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintaining knowledge of the long‑term care industry and geriatrics through continuing education.
• Serving as a clinical preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students.
• Implementing preventative and well‑being services to support residents in thriving and aging in place.

• Master’s degree in Advanced Nursing; preferably in geriatrics.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in the applicable work state.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, urgent care, or a similar medical office setting, preferably within geriatrics.
• Experience in continuing care, skilled nursing care, long‑term care, and/or an assisted‑living environment.
