Full Time Regular | Seaford Mill, Seaford, DE, US
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous poultry experience is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic PC skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Complete regular quality checks
- Inspect and monitor processes and product
- Conduct and document bacteriological inspections of equipment and surrounding areas
- Audit processes using specifications
- Monitor egg and chick quality processes and procedures
- Input quality data
- Perform hatch breakouts
- Monitor team members for Best Hatchery Practices
