Join Our Team as a Part-Time Senior Sales Associate!

As a Senior Sales Associate, your role is vital in achieving individual sales goals that contribute to our store's success. You will not only provide exceptional customer service but also take on additional senior-level responsibilities that enhance our store's operations.

• Drive personal sales to exceed set targets and goals.
• Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to enhance customer engagement.
• Build relationships with local educators, schools, churches, and community organizations to increase business opportunities.
• Develop strong customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations based on our training protocols.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Encourage customer loyalty through excellent service and engagement.
• Assist in essential store operations including merchandising, displays, and general maintenance.
• Safeguard store security by managing perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm codes.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the store's mission.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00/hour plus commission, depending on your location, background, and experience. • High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of musical instruments and music notation.
