Store Associate

Position Summary

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family by providing excellent customer service, operating the sales floor efficiently, and supporting pharmacy operations as needed.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and addressing service issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance in locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendor deliveries, updating pricing, and performing inventory tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing activities when required.
• Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when required, including working regular pharmacy shifts as part of growth opportunities.
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers’ health journey.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements:
  
  remain upright on feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 10 lbs frequently), and have close visual acuity for computer use, reading, and inspection of small parts.
• Preferred: previous experience in retail or customer service setting.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

• Monday: 4pm – 9pm
• Tuesday: 4pm – 9pm
• Wednesday: 4pm – 9pm
• Thursday: 4pm – 9pm
• Friday: 4pm – 9pm
• Saturday: 9am – 9pm
• Sunday: 10am – 9pm
• Every other weekend required.

$15.00 – $19.00 per hour.
