Job Description District Sales Manager needed!

Territory:
Delmarva (Berlin/Salisbury, MD + Dover, DE)
Why This Role Stands Out:

This is not your typical “manager” role — this is a true territory owner / individual contributor position where you’ll build and grow a market from the ground up.

You’ll be the sole sales representative in the region, responsible for developing new business, supporting cases in the OR, and working directly with physicians and patients throughout their treatment journey.

If you’re a hunter who wants autonomy, uncapped earnings, and the opportunity to break into or grow within medical device sales, this is a high-impact opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build a territory from scratch — identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
* Manage and grow key accounts including physician offices, surgery centers, and hospitals
* Support procedures in the operating room (OR) and provide clinical case coverage
* Work closely with physicians and care teams to ensure successful patient outcomes
* Educate and guide patients throughout their treatment journey
* Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth
* Maintain strong relationships and expand referral networks
* What They’re Looking For
* Proven success in outside/B2B sales (medical device experience is a plus, not required)
* Strong hunter mentality — comfortable prospecting and building a territory
* Track record of meeting or exceeding quota (awards like President’s Club, etc. are a big plus)
* Ability to manage a highly autonomous, field-based role
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
* Willingness to travel locally and spend time in the field daily

Ideal backgrounds include:
* Medical device or surgical sales (especially OR exposure)
* B2B/outside sales from companies like Cintas, ADP, Enterprise, Paychex, etc.
* Early-career device reps looking to take the next step into a full territory role Compensation & Perks:* $80,000 base salary (can include a bridge until you ramp up) + uncapped commission (OTE ~$150,000+)
* Monthly car/mileage reimbursement (~$400/month + mileage)
* Full benefits, PTO, and retirement plan
* Strong earning potential as the territory ramps
