This full‑time, on‑site Sales Representative role is based in Seaford, DE and focuses on connecting guests with Verizon wireless products, services, and solutions. The Sales Representative greets and engages guests, actively listens to their needs, and recommends devices, plans, and accessories that best align with their goals and budget. Typical responsibilities include meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of Verizon offerings, promotions, and technology.
The role also involves supporting merchandising and store appearance, handling basic troubleshooting questions, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality guest experience aligned with Victra’s “Every Guest, Every Time” service standard. Sales Representatives collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing training and coaching, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture.
- Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand guest needs, and present solutions clearly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a simple, friendly manner.
- Basic technology proficiency and comfort learning new mobile devices, wireless plans, and digital tools.
- Reliability and accountability in meeting performance goals, handling cash and transactions accurately, and following store processes.
- Ability to work on‑site in a retail environment, including standing for extended periods, working flexible hours, and collaborating with store teammates.
- Previous experience in retail, telecommunications, or customer‑facing roles is beneficial but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.
