Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior by maintaining a visible presence and interacting professionally with the public;
Monitor access points, delivery areas, and/or high-traffic locations while documenting security-related incidents, daily activity, and other relevant observations
