Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, screen visitors and/or deliveries, and maintain access logs to help support authorized access throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, gate areas, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention;
Communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency personnel regarding access issues, incidents, and daily security-related activity
