ERS GROUP recherche un Technicien de Maintenance H/F – Annecy
Vous assurez la maintenance préventive ou corrective d’équipement électrique dans l'univers des centres commerciaux (électricité, CVC…) d'un ou plusieurs actifs immobiliers.
Vous avez pour mission de contrôler les installations de sécurité et espaces communs.
Vous gérez les petits travaux simples de plomberie, serrurerie, maçonnerie, etc.
Travail certains samedis, jours fériés et dimanches selon la demande du client.
Doté d’une expérience de 2 à 5 ans.
Habilitation électrique, SSIAP1, CACES souhaités.
Excellente présentation, rigueur, prise d’initiative, sens du relationnel.
