Position: Early Childhood Education (ECE) School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Seaford, Delaware

Step into a dynamic opportunity dedicated to supporting K–12 students’ communication needs throughout the academic year, from August 19, 2026, through June 8, 2027. In this flexible, contract-based role, you’ll work full-time (35 hours weekly) or part-time, providing essential Speech‑Language Pathology services that help students achieve their fullest potential. Both SLP‑CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcomed to apply.

Qualifications
  • Current Delaware state license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • Previous experience with moderate to severe student populations is a plus.
  • Background in school settings, early childhood, or working with early intervention students.
  • Confident, effective communicator who flourishes as part of a collaborative educational team.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a client‑centered mindset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and document speech‑language therapy for students K–12.
  • Assess, select, and support the use of assistive technology, augmentative communication, and address needs in social language, articulation, voice, feeding, and language delays.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic and evaluative testing—sharing comprehensive, insightful student reports.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP objectives for assigned students.
  • Maintain consistent communication with families and colleagues to foster student progress.
  • Support students in early intervention and contribute actively to the development of services and strategies for each child’s unique needs.
