Receive incoming vehicles from transport drivers and perform thorough inspections, checking for damage and missing parts;
Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs) and ensure ownership and transfer documents are accurate;
Log vehicle details and update records in internal systems with data entry;
Capture photos for auction listings and attach images to records;
Coordinate yard operations by directing vehicle placement and communicating with forklift/loader operators to ensure safe movement
