Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Full time Salary Only Bonus (SOB) $10K
• Part‑time Salary Only Bonus (SOB) $5K

• Treat patients as directed by the physical therapist.
• Record treatments given in the medical record.
• Participate in patient‑care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings.
• Communicate with supervising therapist, rehab director, and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
• Participate in facility in‑service training programs.
• Record daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedure and state Physical Therapy rules.

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license in practicing state.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff.
• Must be capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
