Underground Plumbers -DOE

Job Description

American Trades is seeking underground plumbers to join our skilled trades workforce in Dallas, TX. This role involves supporting journeyman plumbers on commercial projects with responsibilities including measuring, cutting, and assembling pipe systems. Ideal candidates will have completed an apprenticeship program and bring dependable, safety-conscious work habits. This is an immediate hire opportunity with regional travel and career advancement potential.

Responsibilities

• Support journeyman plumbers on active commercial job sites
• Measure and cut pipes accurately for assembly
• Assemble and fit pipe systems according to project plans
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Follow safety protocols and comply with job site guidelines
• Utilize standard hand and power tools along with material handling equipment
• Travel regionally to job sites and work independently when required

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of plumbing experience
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of pipe fitting techniques
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Basic construction knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and punctual work ethic
