Job Requirements and Duties

Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Must possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

Many Domino’s team members have progressed from delivery drivers to franchise owners.

From driver to management, general manager, and franchisee.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F or higher in some work areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, and sharp edges.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.

• Standing and walking for short distances on ceramic tile or linoleum.
• Lifting up to 50 lb cases and stacking onto shelves up to 72 in high.
• Carrying large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough (≈12 lb each).
• Pushing or pulling dollies holding 24‑30 in trays; up to 7.5 lb force.
• Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance and sign changes.
• Forward bending at the pizza assembly station, repeats 30‑45 s at a time.
• Crouching or squatting to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching up to 72 in to operate ovens, change signs, or handle ingredients.

• Deliver product by car directly to customer’s door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.

• Navigate by reading maps, locating addresses, and handling adverse terrain and stairs.
