Up to 24 hours (Part-Time), including weekends & bank holidays.

With two onside dining locations, guests can choose from The Dining Room with dishes inspired by the rugged North Sea and Durham countryside or Geko our Japanese inspired restaurant nestled in the vibrant Serenity Spa.

We are seeking to appoint a Porter to join our vibrant team in providing quality customer care for our guests when they arrive at the Hotel.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Multi-skilled individual with minimum one year hospitality experience.
  • Must be over the age of 25 (for car insurance purposes).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail to deliver 5‑star standard of service.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft systems.
  • Ability to interact with management, staff, and guests professionally.
  • Team player and independent worker.
  • Well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times.
  • Must have own transport.
