As Head Housekeeper, you will bring a friendly, detail‑oriented nature to create a spotless, welcoming environment. You will maintain high standards, respond promptly to guest requests, and lead a housekeeping team with professionalism and punctuality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing cleaning of rooms and public areas
• Promptly reporting maintenance issues
• Managing linen and supplies
• Training new and existing staff
• Following safety guidelines
• Collaborating with the team to create memorable visits
• Providing regular operational updates to the General Manager

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to lead by example. You should be calm under pressure and able to exceed guest expectations.
