The Seaton Lane Inn in Seaham invites aspiring chefs to join its Chef Academy Apprentice programme. You’ll dive into practical masterclasses, from butchery and bread-making to fish preparation, gaining hands-on kitchen experience and confidence.
Over 12 months you’ll learn under industry leaders, complete a nationally recognised Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship, and grow with a supportive team. You’ll travel to masterclasses and earn while you learn in a buzzing hospitality environment.
