Salary:between 35000 and 40000 per annum (to be discussed at interview dependent on experience)
Plus:

Share of service charge (approximately 2000 per year)

Hours:

Full-time 40 hours per week (including weekends and bank holidays)

The Role

As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will lead the daily operation of our diverse dining experiences including:

• Breakfast service
• Afternoon Tea
• Harveys Bar
• The Dining Room
• Private dining and special occasions

Youll be avisible leader working alongside your team engaging with guests and setting the tone for exceptional service throughout every shift.

Youll inspirecoach and support your team to deliver service that is professional without being formal attentive without being intrusive and always memorable.
