Wire Operations Specialist

Job Overview

Wire Operations Specialist (6‑month contract) for a well‑established CA bank that has been in business for over 100 years.

Salary: $25‑$29 per hour.

The Wire Operations Staff 1 processes incoming and outgoing domestic, international U.S. dollar and foreign currency wire transfers. The position authenticates wire requests by validating the initiator and confirming wire transfer specifics with an authorized representative of the account. It performs callback verification with customers for entry and exit functions and maintains the operational integrity of funds transfers through adherence to bank policies and procedures.
