Role Overview We are seeking a Lead or Senior Dev Ops Developer to join a high-performing team focused on rapid prototyping and the development of next-generation technologies. This role involves working on proprietary programs for U.S. government customers. The position requires a professional who can apply modern Dev Ops practices to streamline integration and test activities in high-intensity development projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Apply modern Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerized deployments, and infrastructure as code.
* Stand up, configure, and maintain secure test environments using cloud-native and virtualized resources.
* Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes through automation, metrics, and lessons learned.
* Automate, develop, monitor, and troubleshoot engineering development, tooling, testing, integration, and deployment processes.
* Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and traceability.
* Interface with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience with deploying, securing, and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems (RHEL5/6/7/8).
* Experience in Dev Ops cloud system design.
* Experience with scripting, particularly in shell scripting (sh, csh variants, Bash), Python, and PERL.
* Experience writing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer needs.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
* 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience with VMware Virtual Machines and Hypervisor.
* Experience with PKI certificates and Security protocols.
* Experience with Jira and Confluence.
* Experience with Windows 10+.
* Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
