West Ed is seeking an IT Deployment Assistant to configure, image, and deploy computer hardware for staff across the agency, both onsite and remotely. This hands-on role maintains hardware inventory, ships and reclaims equipment, and logs work in the IT ticketing system while following established procedures and deadlines.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting Windows PCs, device management, inventory control, and strong communication skills to coordinate with the Service Center team.
