Your primary responsibility will be to maintain quality directives and ensure compliance with the quality management system standards.

• Supports reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans
• Assists with maintenance of quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics
• Collects data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems
• Collects data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability
• Collects, develops, tracks and reports corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collects data to support quality source selection activity
• Supports preparation for hardware, software and system level audits
• Supports communications, reports and presentation materials for leadership reviews and strategic meetings
• Works under close supervision

• To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
• Experience in performing data analysis
• Experience with Project Management
• Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems
• Experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Experience working in a Lab/Flight Test environment
• Experience in quality, lab test and/or metrology
• Experience in the application of AS9100
• Experience managing projects that involved cross‑functional or cross‑business unit teams

Summary Pay Range for Entry‑Level (Level
1): $63,750 – $92,000
