Advisor, Sales, Real Estate Sales

Salary Range: $ To $ Annually

• Minimum of two years experience in new home sales. Multi‑family experience preferred.
• Exceptional sales, communication and interpersonal skills; excellent negotiation, organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prospecting habits; comfortable on video for personal communication and social media.
• Computer literate and effectively use Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word, Docu Sign and Build Topia software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• An active California Real Estate license is required.

• Completing all five steps of the sales process with each prospect who visits the sales center.
• 100% follow up with all prospects/leads who visit the community or website.
• Actively promoting assigned community within the local community.
• Maintaining excellent community and product knowledge.
• Providing the highest level of internal and external customer service.
• Maintaining an excellent community presentation.
• Accurately completing all contracts and related paperwork, and submitting within the allotted time frames.
• Understanding and effectively articulating the goals, ideals, standards, direction and vision of Olson Homes.
• Attending sales training classes and seminars as necessary is a requirement.
• All other responsibilities as deemed necessary for this position.

This position is commission based, with a bi‑weekly draw against future commissions.
