A division of the Euro Auctions Group, Yoder and Frey have been conducting auctions of construction equipment, trucks, trailers, and agricultural machinery since 1964 with sites based in Florida, Ohio, Texas and Georgia.
Key Activities- Oversee and manage all yard operations to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of auctions
- Take full responsibility for the auction setup process, ensuring operational efficiency and effective yard utilisation
- Manage yard layout including rowing up, sorting, lotting, lining up and maximising yard space.
- Oversee the booking-in and processing of all auction stock, ensuring accurate descriptions and adherence to correct procedures.
- Ensure all auction stock is prepared for sale, photographed, marketed, and displayed correctly on the company website, liaising closely with the marketing team to complete imagery and brochures.
- Coordinate and control all loading and unloading activities safely and efficiently
- Operate and move heavy equipment and trucks as required
- Manage and coordinate the workloads of yard staff and subcontractors to maintain productivity and performance standards
- Maintain effective stock control, proactively resolving stock-related issues
- Liaise with customers and hauliers to arrange suitable delivery and collection times
- Support auction day activities, including acting as a Bid Catcher/Ringman when required
This role requires an organized individual with excellent problem solving and task management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to work both indoors and outdoors year-round and be physically fit to climb on and off large equipment.

- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Telescopic Forklift Truck License
